Even those three days would be impossible, and remember he was boasting he would do this for weeks.
He couldn't do ONE day at 50 miles.
Running and cycling are totally different.
You could be a world champion cyclist at 50 mile distance, but still be unable to run even ten miles, if you didn't TRAIN to RUN.
And Darren doesn't run at all.
So these 50 mile training run boasts are BS.

No, running 40 miles is NOT the same as cycling 80.
