You have a lot of free time. Why don't YOU do it?
I live several states north of his route so it wouldn't be practical for me to journey south just for that reason.
You keep saying you don't know his route. How do you know you are several states away?
1. Others have claimed that they don't know his route, I never did. However, when you see them appear to wander aimlessly through a city like they did today trying to get out of town, I'm not sure even they know their specific route.
2. If I was to ride with them I would go to the place they're staying and wait for them to leave. Today they left about 1 1/2 hours earlier than they had for the whole trip. To a doubter like myself that looks like a deliberate attempt to dodge a potential rider, especially since someone mentioned that they may do tha6.
3. Though we don't know their specific route, we do know what state they're in at any given time. Since I live in the upper midwest it would not be practical for me to go that far south to follow them around. I don't care enough about this whole thing enough to do that.

Right on!
Maybe youll find out in NY
ha ha ha
this gets funnier as time goes by:
'new face of 50'
'Darren has committed to becoming one of only a few humans over the age of 50 to run (not walk) across the United States'
'I believe that our limitations are entirely self-imposed. As a newly minted fifty-year-old, I want to do my part to destroy that myth.'
'It is critical to note that this run is not about me! '
'it is a true honor to be a part of his heroic journey," said Paul Ring'
classic stuff
look everybody
he's a heroic myth destroyer

To C'mon dud:
Let us not get into a war of words. It would not be a fair fight. Tuck your tail between your legs and scurry away.
Your pal Darren has not been transparent on documenting his jaunt across the country. Because of that there are many that have doubts. I am one of them.
I may continue to post on this thread, but my conversation with you, dud, is over.

Kavinoky is married and has one daughter. He is an endurance athlete, having completed seven Ironman Triathlons, and many other marathons and ultramarathons.[9]
So why would he cheat!
Heh heh, time to start reviewing his athlinks and results to determine if he cheated at his triathalons and "many other marathons and ultramarathons."
Ok, I'll keep my eye on him brother.

Hello if you have a tv show for 6 seasons you are famous!!! Plus he is on ET Im not dumb either
How many times a day does Darren put it in your butt? Or is it Kyle who is the power bottom?
Stats for Thursday 6/22
Start
Duration 83:11:45, 914.00 miles
Finish
Duration 89:30:07, 988.67 miles
6 hours 18 minutes 22 seconds, 74.67 miles
11.84 average miles per hour
Look at them go! One day closer to NY
Riding for 6 hours a day is aerobically equivalent to running about 25 miles a day. So you could say it's like he's running 25 miles a day. Which is 50% of what he was trying to do, which isn't bad considering he's 50 years old. The glass is half full, not half empty. And because they're taking the long way to NYC, they'll cover way more mileage than a direct route. So I think it's fair to say that he is, indeed, running across the country.
Intentions matter way more than actualities, especially when it's all equivalent. The road to hell is paved with false equivalences.
Whats the difference between marathon and ultramarathn? Just longer? Darren does triathlons too

LOL You'll be back, my friend. You can't stay away. This is all you have in your life - following a guy all day on a tracker to try to decipher when he has stopped to take a dump.
Here's some advice for you, bro. Convince your mom to let you out of the basement and go follow him. Get some real evidence, not "he stopped for 48 seconds. Must be getting the bikes out!!!!!!!!1111!!!!" We all know you won't since you are just another keyboard coward.
Carry on though. Your posts and obsession are quite entertaining. Please let us know what time he starts today and what it means in relation to his "cheating." :)
