That took you a long time to figure that out.
To me that was clear from day one.

It was a joke, but congrats on your super sleuthing skills. Now please bring us some video proof of these scammers in action!
He says he was injured on day 1, yet why is there a photo of him running into Arizona?
If you look back at his Twitter progress, there is no mention of biking until days after the start.
There are no photos of him in biking gear until days after the start.
He was still calling it a run across America until days after the start.
And his 'training' video is bizarre. Not once do you actually see him running!
I don't get it. His website says:Master of Fitness Sciences Degree (ISSA) 1994-2018Does that mean he's been working on this degree for 23 years, and expects to finally complete it next year? He must have failed a lot of courses.

Theiss' "Master of Fitness Sciences Degree (ISSA)" degree:
You too can have this "degree" by doing on online course at home (once you've completed ISSA's online Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition certifications) for only $2844.00.
https://www.issaonline.edu/certification/master-trainer-certification/
Anyone who poses with all of their oversized "awards" (that they paid a great price for), and then goes on to list dozens of semi-relevant, overly inflated "credentials", is a scam artist.
Back in the days when I was was coaching, I stopped advertising after the first year because I had a full slate of clients simply from word of mouth. Any competent trainer/coach will tell you the same. Especially if they're dealing with "celebrities and professionals" like this guy says he is.
ISSA only has one certificate program offered that uses "Master" in it and that is the "Master Trainer Certification." This massive tool changed the name of that certification to "Master of Fitness Sciences" on his bio.
The funny thing is that actual celebrities will run away from such a blatant self-promoter because they know he has no discretion. But who he might attract are the social-media sluts and hangers-on who hope that they'll become famous by hanging out with the right people. In other words, actors who are still working in Denny's and have burned out their brain cells on coke.
Nice association you have there, Darren!
And it's taking him 24 years to complete it?

It is nearly 11:00 a.m. eastern time and our heroes haven't left Appomattox yet. Maybe they will miraculously show up 80 miles up the road later today because they will "forget" to turn on the GPS.
For what it's worth, their starting position is:
Duration 108:34:19 and 1253.3 miles
Brian Theiss- Read his story and look at what others have to say about this titan of the fitness industry:
Irene Scott · Murrieta, California
What an incredible testimony of Brian's tenacity and determination! Wishing him continued success as he continues to help others!

Brian is in a league of his own. He holds the space to transform and inspire every client he engages with. I could not recommend anyone better at helping one reach their greatest potential.

I started working with Brian a few years back and was not extremely overweight but was out of shape and dragging. I ended up taking off 50lbs of fat and putting on 20lbs of muscles (I was 185lbs with 28% body fat) I am now 155lbs with 16% body fat. Brian Theiss changed my life forever!!!!

You care a lot.
And yet the fella is fat.
It's odd that they chose a fatty to train for 50+ mile runs. More evidence they never planned on running to begin with.
In response I have not gone away.
Just bored

I'm glad you're still around. What do you think of the obvious inconsistencies with the GPS tracker? It goes dark then reappears 40 or 50 miles down the road, sometimes more. How do you explain it? Do you believe Darren is really biking the full distances claimed with no detours in the RV?

I'm pretty bored with this too. Can you fellas let me know something happens?
Hey, Darren! Turn on your GPS. Let us know where you are. You keep saying you want people to come and ride with you. That's pretty tough when you don't reveal your location. I know you checked out of the hotel quite a while ago, as they told me so. C'mon dude, you've gotta be a little more transparent in your travels and documentation during this trip........and by transparent, I don't mean invisible.
For those who don't or won't believe that I called the hotel.......call yourself. Ask, "What time did the guy with the painted up RV check out?" They really aren't supposed to reveal info like that, but when you ask a loaded question like that, they just answer before they realize it.
Kavinoky must be trying to source more butt butter in town before showing us where he is riding. Guess it was pretty popular with him and Kyle.

I can tell you what happens right now: Darren and Kyle are sitting in the RV while getting some miles in. In a couple of hours they will post a video showing them riding their bikes on the last 10 miles to the next hotel.
I am looking forward to all these talkshows where Darrren will talk about his 3000 mile RV drive. The new face of 50.

No, please don't leave us! This thread is on life support as it is. Until the next scammer surfaces this is all we've got.
