LMAO. Are you trying to go pro? Are you getting paid (scholarship) to run? If not then it doesn't really matter. 130 is a healthy weight. If you want to clean up your diet and try to lean up then go ahead. You maybe get a few ticks faster but in the grand scheme of things it won't really matter.
I'm the same height as you (5'7) and 150 lbs. I run 14.40 for 5k and 4.02 mile. Could I run 14.00 and 3.58 by dropping 20 pounds? Maybe, but who cares?
