Been having some knee problems as of late. Ended up having to take 8 days off to get it back to feeling normal again. Just a nasty runners knee flare up...
I'm in the middle of outdoor track. I was doing fantastic PRing every weekend but now I feel like I'm just out of it. Today was my first run back and it just felt super sluggish.
I don't know how much fitness I actually lost but I guess it's getting to my head. I feel like I'm losing confidence because of the time I had to take to recover.
Have I lost much fitness? Just hoping I'll still be in the swing of things in a couple days.
