So when you run, you are supposed to engage your glutes as one of the muscles that moves your legs or whatever.
Now, I know that not activating glutes is a common problem, and I think I might do it (not 100% sure thouhg).
When I run is it supposed to feel like I am squeezing one ass cheek on every stride? or is it more subtle than that and I'm not supposed to actually feel it.
