Does anyone have the link for the Centrowitz pre-olympic final workout? 10 days before he supposedly ran a threshold then 5x400. Please? Anyone?

What is your source for this supposed workout?
Very Salazar / Vin Lannana / Nike / Oregon type workout.
according to the 1500m commentators at the Olympics, 8x400 with 7 in 51 and the 8th in 49.7.

This is correct. There was no threshold. Stop overthinking, and just go run.

This is LetsRun.com.
It is NOT CORRECT…AGAIN.
The actual workout done by Matt Centrowitz was 6 x 400m with the last rep in 49.7 (with 500m brisk jog recovery)…at altitude.

Answer:
1) Centro
This Centro workout = "Olympic 1500m Gold Medal Workout"
Take that Andy Arnold with your stupid Asbel Kiprop workouts from Kenya (with Federico Rosa)!!!
Centro OBLITERATED Kiprop with a 50.62 final 400m to easily win the 1500m Olympic Gold Medal.
Total number of Olympic medals won by Asbel Kiprop at the 2016 Olympics = ZERO.
In conclusion:
1) Andy Arnold is a complete idiot and a total joke.

OK, Matt Centrowitz is the best in the world at "1200 jog then race 400."
Too bad he's a SLOW miler. Way to be seven seconds off of the world record.
That's like running a PR of 45-point in the or 1:45 in the 800. Not even worth talking about.
What to Rupp, Farha and Centrowitz all have in common? The slowest times to win the corresponding medals in their events since the 80s. Look it up.
Nobody has won as slowly as Farha since 1988. Nobody has won as slowly as Centrowitz since before the invention of modern tracks and spikes. See a pattern? lololololololololol

I enjoyed Kiprop complaining that Aden's arrest was throwing off his training just before the Olympics. It proved that Kiprop is a drug cheat.
yeah but he's slow wrote:

The only pattern I see is that Africans are losing ground to Westerners now that off season testing is a thing and everyone is running slower than when you could go months without getting tested. By the way, for someone who set all his WRs during the golden age of drugs, Bekele is talking an awfully big game.
You wankers crack me up. The Rio 1500 was stacked with people with better PRs than Centro Jr at every distance. He kicked their asses and showed that he is the best 1500 RACER in the world.
Probably done with a flying start. Otherwise that workout would indicate 1:41-1:42 shape.

but still all of them beats all other African super fast dopers?
Last 30 years of distance running is nothing else then dirtiness coming from Africa, there is neither ONE clean athlete in all that time, but slowly that will come to an end.

I don't think 1:42-high in perfect conditions is out of the question. He beat Kiprop (1:43.15), Makhloufi (1:42.61), and Souleman (1:42.97) in a kicker's race.

He's run 1:44.6, he was at least in 1:43.5 shape w/ that workout and his close at rio

When will people understand that 800m speed is not equivalent to being a good kicker. Having good "speed" only matters in the last 100m of a race. The last 400-600m kick has way more to do with aerobic strength and power.
