Hello all,
I'm an avid runner who has learned a lot about myself physically through running. In the last couple of years, I have also adopted many mental principles into my running to make me stronger. They have really benefited my overall approach to running and to life in general as a result. They are based on Stoic philosophy but I would see them more as a mental blueprint. I feel that their benefits could help other runners so I'm trying to write and self-publish a book on Running with a Mental Blueprint.
It's basically the story of how I got into Running and later Stoicism and how I believe they can both help to develop ourselves. It's meant as a practical handbook for anyone interested in Running or Philosophy or both.
I've written several drafts of the book but would love to hear more feedback on the content and style. So, I'm looking for beta-readers for just a small extract of around 1,200 words (roughly 10 pages). Anyone interested would get an email with the 10 pages and a simple questionnaire for feedback.
If you think you can help, email
to receive a copy if you are interested. I plan to start sending it out by next week (27/4)
Thanks for reading! MK
