This is false, neither of them are tested enough to fail a test.

Ben Johnson, Tim Montgomery, Geb, Rafael Nadal and Church Pastors. Heck half the people in our prisons fit this description.
I must admit Biwott would be a major disappointment.

What about Rudisha...is he tested regulary?
He is one of the IAAF's testing pool athletes.
These 🔨 🔨 🔨 are taking forever to drop. Possible fake news.

Rudisha and all the top track guys has been on iaaf blood passport scheme since 2009 (at least); it seems lost on most that this is the 'testing' that hasn't caught all the Russian middle distance women. Other than kisorio it's a surprise we haven't had any elite track guys test positive (and god knows there have been hundreds of these last 10+ years). Why is it the road runners testing positive? Why are there generally female?

Good points, as it is indeed generally female. The only exception is race-walking, where the men have been popped more than the women over the last several years (and surprise...the majority of those were Russian).
Either the most of the men are clean or doping much less than the women, or are better at anti-doping countermeasures 🤔.
Caught male elite track runners: Blake, Driouch, Gatlin, Gay, ...

That's fairly old stuff...no recent pops. And have you noticed how many of these sprinters appear slimmed down and leaner compared to the monsters years back? Any new PED out there that's undetectable and doesn't produce bulk & size, but yet enhances explosive power? If not, are the sprinter's turning a corner and actually racing clean?
El Keniano, where are you? Time to discuss the latest developments.
sprints are different , Ya dont say ...............................................................
can include all athletics and many sports
where is all speed coming from
what changed in around 2005 .
then what changed again with dibaba and wayde recently .
and now with all these recent few younger chosen ncca types dropping
sub 19 and close to 44 with ease .
who is really running / ruining athletics behind the scene
and has massive control where this dope ends up .
and otherwise very hard to get hands on it
and along with wada has shut down narrative on it . beyond obvious
mildronate alpha is where this speed endurance is coming from.
used with igf-1 lr3 .
lack of testing part of it previously but normal dope wont get ya same results
just look at other sports , and any major star or recent breakout team
has its roots in this peptide . from basketball to many others
like leicester fc last year
like recent monaco fc in french league , doped to the gills with this
and a club that has always had some of the most powerful men in france
if not world backing it .
we have celtic fc in scotland , a rubbish league but their performance
stick out this year , might not dope as many as leicester but still some 4-5 players is all takes .
tell all those rangers fans that they have been had by a lying cheating celtic
and see how they react .
Hey, Y'all remember this thread? Yeah, no hammers dropped.

Not really. The IAAF thinks elites who test positive harm the brand. So, no elites test positive.
It also helps the system is designed such that an athlete would have to fail an IQ test to get a positive.
No. wrote:

Seriously, would 'disappointed' be appropriate? I guess when it comes to this, no one really has the scoop.
Aduck, though I've never actually seen a bust based on igf-1, which you are always talking about, I'll give you credit that it was mentioned in the IAAF-funded study on female-male performance differences with testosterone.

Yes, but he is also always mentioning mildronate alpha, which most observers believe has very week evidence and a possible mechanism of action to increase endurance, but doesn't seem to have any evidence or possible mechanism of action to increase explosive power.
