8x600 @ goal 3200 pace with 1:30 rest
1:55, 1:52, 1:52, 1:53, 1:51, 1:53, 1:52, 1:52. I had about 1:25-1:35 rest on all except after the 6th, where my lap counter messed up and I had about 2:00 rest. Admittedly, I needed that rest or otherwise I would not have hit 1:52 on the last rep. I ran 4:36 for 1600 four days ago, so calling 10:00 pace for 3200 isn't too far off.
