Hello LetsRun community!
I wanted to get some opinions from you guys since I am not quite a poop expert and I'm sure you all have a heck of a lot more experience than I do. In short, I have felt pretty fatigued the past month or so into the season. I have an excellent diet and get all of the proper food I need to eat. But if I am pooping 5+ times a day, could this be telling me, potentially my body isn't absorbing all of the nutrients and the food is just shooting right through my system?
I have dropped mileage and paces and I recover extremely well, and I will confidently rule out over-training since I feel fine on my nice easy runs.
Side note... My stools are softer than normal, but it is not diarrhea.

On this scale I am consistently a 5.
If so, could this be heavily affecting my fatigue in workouts? Also, what would you recommend to help this?
Thank you all so much for reading and any insight you have!
