No I did not play other sports in college. T&F is a three season sport but I did play basketball as a kid. Tell a cute little story of how Billie-Joe-Jeff grabbed your shorts preventing you from scoring in 7th grade basketball. or something lighthearted like that.
Dating questions are not about absolutes they are about getting a dialogue going, exchanging insights about who you are and what kind of a person you are. Good communication is the key to good dating.

I'm sure you've done long runs. You could say the longest you've run was 15 miles and talk about it in pleasant gentrified terms that the southern belles love, like peach tea on a breezy patio.
And then you can have the best of both worlds. You can fib and say you were this and that at baseball and basketball but that running is actually a three season sport with a lot of dedication, high level. Think McFly! That should impress her
