I do think lack of car chargers is going to be a problem, but I'm skeptical that it will really hurt Tesla sales, at least in the short term. People don't have that much foresight.
I've had a car charger for decades, and don't have an electric car.
So does my girlfriend.
Should I buy Altria group (MO) tomorrow? Seems like a nice time to step in.

What a great guy, all those subsidies and the workers get shafted.

I wouldn’t trust anything from ZeroHedge.
Hope this makes you feel better:

"House Cleanings" are normal at startups. You wait for an opportune time and get rid of non-performers. Once a year is normal.

Yeah, like Trump never fired anybody. At least Elon hasn't declared bankruptcy four times.
Your god can sign you up for his Mars colony.
What happened to all the idiots on here who claimed that Tesla was less likely to fail because of their investment in solar? The whole reason Tesla bought Solar City was to dilute the losses for the Tesla board members who were trying to get out of their bad investment in Solar City [seriously how blind sided can you be by a firing when you work for a company that never made a profit (I think at the time of the purchase they were losing $5 for every $1 in revenue)]. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Mass firings may make their stock go up.
Stockholders love seeing cost cuts.
Tesla record quarterly losses, burns $16 million a day:
How many shares of Ford do you own, rojo? I own some, and zero of TSLA. Stupid me investing in a low growth but profitable company.
Cover your shorts, boys. The settlement was a slap on the wrist. Musk steps down as Chairman and he and Tesla each pay a $20M fine. He remains CEO.
Meanwhile, every new car on the road seems to be a Tesla. I got a Model 3 two weeks ago and it has far surpassed my expectations.
The stock will be back at $300 in short order.
Oops. Maybe it's already too late cover. TSLA is trading up $40/share this morning.
On the other hand, they haven't formally announced that they were profitable in Q3 yet -- so you may still be able to contain your losses, Ghost.

Tesla stock is a buy at $300. I am seeing more and more model 3s on the street and everyone who has one cannot stop bragging about how great it is. Battery costs are going to be dropping quickly in the next few years because retired auto batteries are starting to be used for energy storage for renawables. China is going to be buying up hundreds of thousands of retired auto batteries. If (and when) the US catches on, this could be the decisive blow to the internal combustion engine.
