Someone set up that website and I don't see either of those two being computer programmers, and they got it changed pretty damn fast.

They don't need to have programming skills. Their website is just a few static pages. Anybody can create that by copying a template. If you do a do a whois lookup on their website, you will see it is registered to Cimpress, a company that does this type of website hosting and templates.

Would still take some computer skills though, and they both appear illiterate retards. I think someone set the website up for them and got the media attention.
He was on local news and got a fair bit of publicity, most probably from someone experienced in the media.
