Hi fellow runners,
As a former High School track coach and 800/1500 runner in college, I'd love to get your honest feedback on our camps and answer any questions you may have. We still have 24 spots left!

Running Abroad is a running camp that blends altitude training in the Mountains of FRANCE with a full immersion program. During our camp, athletes will be given the once in a lifetime opportunity to train at the International Altitude Training Center (CREPS) in Font-Romeu on the highest track in Europe, while studying French (optional) and exploring the South of France. In addition to training, our varied itinerary includes hikes in the Pyrenees Mountains, day trips to Spain and Andorra, swims in the Mediterranean Sea, visits to ancient castles, visits of the city of Toulouse, Carcassonne, Narbonne, and much more. The camp will be lead by Martin Casse, who ran 3:39 1500m last summer .
We offer two 13 day summer camps:
One in June where we will train on the track and give the option to participate in a couple of competitive meets
One in July, where we will focus on Cross Country preparation (more details on our website).
We also have special prices for coaches who would like to come with their athletes.
