I'm not overtraining and (mileage is low quality days are only 1-2per week) but anyone here just feel yucky 5+ hours after a workout or race or the next day/ in addition to legs being tired I don't really feel like doing anything and if I try to study or something it ends up stressing me out so I just save it for later/pre workout
It's pretty much always like this for me just wondering if I'm the odd man out
