Was tired after but not totally wrecked.

If you said you did a time trial for 2kin 6 I would say around 9. But you felt good enough after to do some quarters and said it wasn't time trial effort so maybe like 8:30 even
anymore predictions? I'm lost and so nervous at how fast to go out this weekend since I haven't raced in several years due to injury.
8:50 or under for sure, and probably closer to 8:40. I would go out in 70 and see how you feel from there. When I was in 8:40ish shape this would have been a very tough workout.
Whoever said 9:00 is out of there mind. Running 2k at 3k pace followed by 400s faster than mile pace would be a super tough workout for anyone.
