Good morning,
For the second day in a row, I woke up at 5:00-5:15am, had a granola bar, and headed out for a 5:45am run to avoid the heat. For the second day in a row, I was getting blurred vision, seeing spots, and light-headed just a mile or so into the run.
This is particularly concerning to me, given I had a heart scare in January of 2015. Basically, I lost consciousness for several minutes on a flight, was rushed to the ER as soon as we landed, and in the hospital for 2 days for a litany of heart tests that yielded no answers. Upon returning home, I began seeing a cardiologist who then had me also see an electrophysiologist, with no tests revealing any answers.
Now, 2 years later, I feel in the verge of fainting amidst morning runs only and am quite puzzled by this. Just thought I'd see if anyone out there has experienced similar or - if there are medical professionals - if some could postulate what I should do further to get to the underlying cause?
Thank you!
