Hi guys, I did 2 x (4x400): 1 minute between the repetitions and 2 minutes between the sets.
Splits: 86, 84, 83, 83, 85, 84, 84
Was quite tough, not 100% effort but the last 2 felt like the beginning of the last lap of an all out mile by the time I finished them
I can run 800 in 2:30 but I'm looking to go under that in a week as well ( any tips for that too)
