Alright, for those of you who are much better athletes im looking for some advice. I am a 9:32 indoor 3k runner, and I competed in my first steeplechase with a time of 11:14 this morning. I did not clip a single barrier and I thought my water pits went really well. What advice do the advanced guys have on training for steeple/typical training weeks? Also, im a 4:46 indoor miler and 16:58 5k runner. This is my 5th year running, im a d3 guy at a small college, what even do you think should be my focus?
