So doing this much marathon pace work just 3 weeks out seems fairly aggressive to me. For those who have used Daniels' marathon Plan A, or the updated Q2 equivalent, what has your experience been?
I've run 2:55 off of Pfitz 18/70 in the past, and the last 3 weeks of that plan are the taper. Daniels 15 at MP with 21 days left to the race seems like it would leave you tired. Thank you.
