1 more week till taper. I'm hoping I'm ready for the course. Been doing a lot of hill work on some nasty hills. Today I did a 16 miler on some hills that were pretty nasty bout 1.5 long. I'm not sure how this compares to heartbreak and some of the other hills...Anyways my goal is sub 3:10 today I did a 16 mile holly run at 7:13 pace. My question is how far under goal pace do u approach the hills? Also is it difficult to get on pace after the hills. Iguess long story short I'm not sure what to expect during and after hills. Does 3:10 seem feasible? My pr is 3:06. Thanks
