I'm a senior in highs School this year. I haven't taken training very seriously at all throughout high school which I regret a whole lot. I have found a passion for running I would like to continue my running but feel like I may not be good enough.

My 1600 will improve a bit this track season. I hope to bring down my 800 by 4 seconds. I hope to run under 4:50 in the 1600 but thats my big picture goal I just wanna go under 5 right now.
