I was a healthy, almost too heavy 143 before I got injured.
I'm 150 now just getting back into running because I had to take 2 months off for an injury.
When I was 143 I was eating like shit, I stopped eating like shit now. Will I be able to loose 10 pounds while training hard in 2 months? Any advice?
I'm not nessacarily dieting, just trying to eat better, and not to obsessively snack.
