The worst part is that one of the articles says he's a devout Christian.
Please don't feed the troll that claims he's KP. It gets difficult enough to sift through the crap vs evidence in these ancient forums.
If he's really KP he'll send out a tweet to confirm it's him. Until then, stop feeding the troll!
Agreed...of course the real tweet I'm waiting for will be the response to the haters, or the people who have nothing better to do than tear people down, jealously, praying for you, blah blah blah then his sheep will come scurrying...
Man we've seen this play out so many times before haven't we.
Should remind him it doesn't end well.
KP, I would actually say that based upon other accused cheaters that have been discussed on these message boards, yours follows a strikingly similar pattern.
1. Brought up on LetsRun (to be fair, plenty of people have been called out for possible cheating on the boards only to be immediately shot down due to proof showing they did not or they had a history of producing those times)
2. People start questioning the legitimacy of the run(s) via the runner's social media accounts and blog.
3. Said runner starts deleting comments and/or says "I have proof I did it and will show you."
4. Said runner shuts down or marks any form of social media/website/blog as private.
5. Said runner never provides any proof via upload that they actually RAN what they said they did.
Fellow LR message board peeps, did I miss anything above?

It's obviously the same guy trolling the Mike Rossi thread. Same type of language, same writing. Kind of a funny bit, but that's it.

I will pray for you asking the Lord to forgive you.

I agree. He's clearly more mentally retarded than a scammer. He only managed to raise $5800 for his escapade, so people obviously see through him. Most of that money probably came from his family, who's probably just glad he's doing something at all. Even if he's just out walking for 3-4 hours a day, that's better than dosing on opioids.
LRC can better focus its efforts on the real cheats of the world, the Rob Youngs and Jane Seos and Mike Rossis.
Stealing $5,800 under false pretences its gong to charity is a LOT of money for doing nothing, and the police should be informed. Its theft.
And there's a long assed essay on there as of 9 hrs ago that ticks off every point that was brought up.
"A lot of thought went into how to, and how much to, document this #100Run. I thought about - do I go to every length to get GPS data on each mile with a witness to sign off at each mile etc. I even started plans to. Then, and through the counsel of many of you, I realized how ridiculous that was. You can't please everyone."
It does seem ridiculous when you're trying to do something that doubles the existing World Record to ask for a shred of proof. Even GPS of say a dozen of those runs would be enough fodder to keep some at bay.
Plausible deniability indeed.
Oh and here's how to get around the missed timing at controversy.
"In the official marathons I ran, I did not even run with a watch or start my phone timer, I just went out and ran."
Fvck this guy. Can't wait for him to screw up somewhere.

We now live in the age of Trump truth, which means you just get to say what you want the truth to be. Facts aren't important and when confronted with facts, just call them "fake news".
If KP Kelly wants to say he ran 100 marathons in 100 days, the POTUS approves. Limiting yourself to honesty and truth is for Dems and losers. KP Kelly is a true American hero.
"I get people, and always have, who think a guy my size can't run the speeds I have and do."
Speed was never a question...save for the treadmill display pics you take when you let them run as you concoct another scam or stuff your fat face while watching basketball. So what's the deal for Pittsburgh? Another 5+ hour crawl with a bunch of thumbs up pics or more missed mats?
I was wondering when "that guy" would show up for the inevitable Trumping of every thread. Godwinning it should happen any time now.
This dude is totally full of $hit.
Fraud.Sad
I work for an independent company who writes for running blogs and running news sites. I've picked up the story, I've contacted KP with an email letting him know I'm going to be working on the story today and tomorrow. I will be both quoting him via his tweets and online activity, referencing these pages, and will use the quotes he provides me. I have asked that he provide me with the data, as that's all that would be needed to prove he has run the miles on the given days.
I'm writing the article with the intention of clearing his name. It's 2017, everyone uses a watch or phone to track their miles, so I see no reason why he wouldn't have tracked his miles. If he hadn't, I'll have to ask for the routes he ran and then I can get witnesses to prove that he has run along those routes.

Agreed. Trump is a liar, big league liar, but it has nothing directly do with this guy. It all is just part of a brave new world of social media and the internet. I think it's all interesting.
Maybe we have a "Jericho Marathon" situation on our hands!!!
