I went back further on MarathoGuide; my post got cut off.
2000-2005, still no good matches on a Kevin Kelly from Ohio. There were a few about the right age from IL, MA, IN. FASTEST time was 3:30.

He also had a job as a professional basketball player for one hour per day, whatever that means:
"I was playing basketball, which was only a one hour a day job, and dabbling in some businesses."
If you can tell from this interview what exactly his business is and what he does for a living, you're more perceptive that I am:
His marketing company is K2 Marketing based out of Columbus. He is great at puffing himself up but there is doesn't appear to be any companies that use him.
FYI, if he so great at marketing, then why couldn't he secure a sponser for his so called 100 marathons in 100 days?
This dude is a whack job.
KP is also the owner of K2 Marketing, an Ohio Based Digital Marketing firm that focuses on social media marketing, email marketing and blogging for companies of any size, in any industry.
KP has managed the social media for companies as small as solo-preneurs to Fortune 500 companies.
KP resides in Columbus Ohio. After a brief and relatively unsuccessful attempt at a professional basketball career, KP turned to Marathon Running as his competitive outlet. He has run 44 marathons, including the Boston Marathon twice, and this coming Monday, Labor Day, Sept 1, he will be running across Ohio, 255 miles, to raise support for Share 4 Kids, as well as support for the Alzheimer’s Association and Cornerstone of Hope.

Come on, KP. We need some evidence. Alternate facts won't do.
Contact him and make him aware of this thread and you might get some.
This whole scam has the potential to go main stream viral so I'm sure he'll be keen to come clean.
"This guy is so ridiculous it makes me ashamed to be associated with running. The whole sport is a scam."
Agree, some nutters social media, blogs, etc have become the negative side of the sport because it brings out the narcissists and whack jobs and gives them a platform to partake in running fraud to get themselves noticed and/or make a dollar out of running.

Did he play college ball or was he going straight from a Y league to the pros?
McFatties complete diet plan. Might want to lay off all the milkshakes, chubby.
http://www.realclearlife.com/sports/run-100-marathons-100-days/Fuel
Diet: 6,500 calories/day
Breakfast: high-calorie shakes; three or four bagels with “a bunch of peanut butter on [them]â€
Lunch: four chicken breasts; a bunch of broccoli; high-calorie shakes
Dinner: large pizza with white sauce and cheese, double chicken, tomatoes, and peppers
Takeaway: That’s a lot of food! One of Kelly’s biggest concerns is dropping a lot of weight during his 100-marathon feat, so the food intake is super important to him. He realizes that as he nears completion, though, he’ll tire of the diet and begin to lose some weight.
Interview on Ohio TV:

maybe, but I think there's more including:
1. He hasn't, at least in the past few years where it could be proven, used his cheating marathon times to get into the sacred marathon of hobby joggers, Boston.
2. If you contributed to his $5600 raised in exchange for some promotional tweets or a "virtual high 5", you're pretty gullible. Yes, he's a fraud. But I seriously doubt anyone who contributed to him did so thinking it was charitable.
3. A few very minor media outlets picked it up as a sort of feel good story, but the ship has sailed. It got no real meaningful media; probably editors at bigger stations could smell a rat.
4. He "finished" his 100 days under the radar before anyone could hold him accountable.

None of his bios say "proud alum of..." or "after playing basketball at..."
His web address just takes you back to his Facebook. For his business, there's no testimonials or examples or names of clients. Everything about him is very vague.
I'm pretty impressed by his (apparently legit) sub 4 hour marathons. I think he's actually a good runner for his size. I'm almost exactly his size and whatever the truth is, I think he's a good runner.
It's all just very vague and odd.
When I fed in all the info available so far Kevin registered 7/10 on my 'Scammers Scaleâ„¢', so well done Kev, but there is room for improvement.

They are too busy with their vacation in Kenya to look after the more important things in life.

Looks like there are some people accusing him on Twitter and we learn he claims to use a Garmin Fenix 5 Sapphire watch for his 100 marathons. What are the odds he will claim to not know how to upload data from his watch like Robert Young?

He will have the data as soon as he gets done biking the routes
At last, this thread is getting interesting now, come on Kev give us the data.
Oh wise one... I'm going out on a limb here and guess that KHOU is in Houston Texas rather than Ohio.
Has the marathon investigator called this fool out yet???
I showed this to a few of my running friends they all had a GOOD laugh, funny that not a single person think that based on how overweight this guy is that he could run a single sub 4 yet 100+ marathons and a 3:05 Marathon PR.
