Hi, did a workout today of 4 sets of 3x400m with 80 second rest between reps first set, 70sec the second, 60sec the third, and 50 the fourth set. 3minutes 30 seconds between sets rest. ran 70,69,71. 69,70,70. 69,69,70. 66,64,63. from 1-4 set. im a junior with mile pr from last year of 429 and 1544 5K pr this past fall. run 40-45 mpw and have ran 3 mile tempo at 520 pace a couple weeks ago. what do you all think i can run?
