Alright, so far it is less than a week into the season and our first actually outdoor race we have is about three weeks away. Our coach for the distance crew has already had us do a tempo run for three miles (I forgot the pace) and today, we have a hard hill workout. Is she overworking us? Most guys on the team, if not all of them, haven't recovered from the first workout at all and it's only the first week of practices. Thanks
