You are bad at running and you will never have a quote of the day on letsrun. I, on the other hand, ran 100 mpw in college, qualified for the trials, and have a smokin hot wife. I also partied alot. And my PRs were faster. By like a minute in each event. You are slow. Go back to playing soccer.
Seriously, i wonder why this board is getting worse and worse...ignorant retards like the guy above.
Serious response though. I assume you're in high school. Keep what you are doing and run more mileage (maybe to 70mpw) because your 3000m time is bad in comparison to your other times.
All of your times are good in my view. Your 800 shows talent - better times at the longer stuff may take more mileage and training time (as previous guy said).
you're so fast...tell us your secret

The 1500 is a step above the others.
If all was equal, you would be running 1:55, 3:59 and 8:40.
1500 is your best mark followed by your 800.

I'll tell you which is your worst - the 3k by a country mile.
The 1500 is better than the 800.
The 3 times, taken together, are strange to me. If you looked at the 800 and 3k, your 1500 would be estimated to be much slower than 3:59. If you looked at the 1500 and 3k, I'd guess you were much faster over 800. If you looked at the 800 and 1500, I'd predict a much faster 3k. So basically, one of these times is out of context from the others - different levels of fitness when they were run or something?
those are excellent int'l female times. Keep up the good work!
