I remember that 2-3 weeks ago I felt good, like I could breathe in completely and get a lot of air into my lungs very easily.
Now, I feel like it is hard to get air into my lungs after its 1/2way full, and I can't get air into the top part of my lungs like I could a few weeks ago. I ran a workout a couple of days ago and it legitimately felt like no air was going into my lungs.
What gives?
