Last week I had my best time running 18 mile in 2:23:53, that has been so far my best. I am currently in a sub 3.30 plan due to be finished by April 22 and then take about 3 weeks off before I start my next training programme to do a 3:00 hour marathon. Do you guys think is possible to achieve that and do it in the Chicago marathon? I can provide more data if required...I am just trying to qualify to Boston so as well any pointers or advice when it comes to training would be appreciate it!!! Thanks a lot in advance!
