Felt good most of last week then on friday i felt weak.My pulse rate was 15 to 20 bpm higher after the run.Now it was a much hotter day and i have had a lot of work related stress. Any advice to deal with the total lack of entergy? I also have been sleeping more.Very tired and have had head aches.Could this be lack of iron?Any ideas to recover and get back to feeling right?

My guess is that you started the run a quart low. Drink lots, starting with a quart in the morning, and see if you feel better.
