Today's workout was circuit training. First set was 2x200 with 3 min rest. Hit 25.8 & 26 mid. Second set was a 1:33 600m. Finally a 400 in 55. Felt smooth until the 400 although I felt like I slowed down just bit in the cruise phase. Ran 2:08 so far what can I run this weekend? Also planning on running an open 400 in upcoming meets.
