Happen to have these symptoms which developed over time(close to 3 yrs). At first it was only after a hard medium long run of an hour and half. But now I feel the same symptoms all the time even when I have not run in four days or even a week. Feels almost like I am wearing under-size gumboots even with no shoes of any kind on!
After doing some research it appears like the problem could be coming from some nerves(sciatic?). Now my question is, has anyone had these kind of problem? If so, how did you resolve it?(I want it gone yesterday if I could!).
