Went for what was going to be a 15 mile trail run today, had to cut it short because I developed a very bad blister on the right pinky toe. I was wearing never run in shoes (Brooks Cascadia 11) and it's dumb to run that far in new shoes I know, but I wore them at work for 6 hours previously and though that would be enough, but now I'm wondering if I'll still get problems if I keep running in them and break them in all the way, or if it's just the shoe (have never had blister problems with new shoes before so maybe so, but also these are my first trail runners). Really like the shoes so it would be a shame to have to return them.
