I was a low 18s, high 17s 5k guy when I got a tent a lot of years ago. In the year following getting the tent while running the same mileage and doing the same races I improved about 0:11/mi. from 5k to half marathon. I settled on a routine of 3 weeks in the tent and 6 weeks out of the tent as a good cycle for me training at about 50-55 mpw.
Isn't using EPO s lot easier?
