Ok, several relevant points:
1) Setting aside the XC 5k, you look like a mid-d girl. Your 800 is a little stronger than your 1600. Your 1600 is much stronger than your 3200. But even given that, you should still be able to break 12. In terms of training, work on your endurance a little more. That will benefit you in all three events, not just the 3200.
2) Don't put a lot of stock in your indoor 3200 time, especially if you haven't run it much. 16 laps just plain sucks for a mid-d runner. You shouldn't look at that as representative of what you can do for that distance. Be patient. Look for an outdoor race when the competition and weather should be decent.
3) The 3200 is much more a mental race than either of the other two. You have to understand that, and prepare for it. Don't just go out and run the race like it's a longer version of a mile. Devise a plan and prepare yourself to execute that plan. Maybe something along the lines of -- run an even paced 5:55 and then focus on pushing one lap at a time. That may not get you sub 12 the first time out, but if you execute fairly well it should get you close, not to mention a solid pr. Then take the confidence you gain from that and come up with an even more ambitious plan for the next time out.
Good luck! Let us know your progress.
