The head of the Youth Board Lionel Leach is still suspended but everyone else must be reinstated. Looks like USATF overstepped. They also are now trying to drop some of the volunteers they sued in the first place from the lawsuit.

If you don't follow your own Statutes and By-laws, you should expect to lose in court.
If you were one of the dozen would you come back?
Good. Any other outcome would have been a shock. But good. Now apologize and pay any expenses.
Outrageous right from the start.

No, I don't believe I would.
If you are asking if I'd comeback to still be required to use an inferior system because it is pay to play at USATF ?
Nope
Or take the reinstatement so I would be able to resign with a letter of protest about still being required to use an inferior system because it is pay to play at USATF ?
Yup

FWIW, I think Athletic.net is far superior to Coach O or Direct Athletics, and I've used all three quite a few times.
The glitches that they had with implementing it were because the National Office is filled with people who have zero background in our sport, and who did not consult with people who ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO RUN A TRACK MEET when they were setting it up.
So stupid shit, that literally any youth volunteer could have told them would be an issue, became an issue.
Like the ability for kids on a team to pay for their own registration (instead of the club doing it)... that was a specific directive from the National Office to do it that way, not an inherent flaw in athletic.net.
I suspect that registration will go much better, both as east coast teams adjust to the learning curve that comes with any new registration system, and hopefully the National Office was listening to some of the complaints and will allow Athletic.net to run things in the way that works best for everyone.
But to be clear, the blame for the registration system being inferior should be placed on the National Office, not Athletic.net.
And that's what is really ironic about USATF suing the youth and claiming they harmed Athletic.net's reputation. The true harm to athletic.net's reputation was caused by the National Office, for forcing them to run things in a way that did not appropriately meet the needs of the Youth.
The National Office issued a summary of the NABR's decision and linked to the opinion, but the excluded the final eight pages of the opinion, which were panel member Alisa Harvey's scathing criticism of the National Office. She believes the National Office committed multiple ethics violations in their actions.
Here is what the National Office posted:
