5k: 17.40
Easy pace 7.45-8.00
You need some data from a slow old woman. For me, "PR" and "recent" are separated by about 25 years. My recent 5K times are about 23:10 (just under 7:30/mile) and my easy running pace is about 9:15/mile.
17:30

17:11
Pace- 6:50 to 7:40, I don't really look at the watch just go by feel
17:02
7:30-8:00
16:10
6:50 - 7:30
I don't have any recent 5ks but I'd venture to guess that I'd be low 18 or optimistically high 17 and my easy days work out to about 7:40-8:10. Recovery days might end up being 8:30. I try to avoid looking at my watch on easy days
21:36 (4:07.2/km)
5:00~5:30/km
17:59 Easy= 8:00-8:45

My 5k PR was 5yrs ago...21:07 slow pace back then was maybe 8:50-9:15? Can't remember but I was running a lot, now my current best is 22:30 from last month with little running/training and slow pace is 8:40.

No.
Your easy pace is not 10s/mile slower than 5k race pace. Unless your easy runs are 1/2 a mile long, of course.
15:30
7:15
5k 19:55
Easy 8:45-9:15
Recovery around a 9:25ish
Been running a tad over a year now.
16:02, 6:45-7:30. Usually it's around that but sometimes after workouts it's really slow, like 8 min pace. Sometimes I drop some 6:30's without realizing it.
