Yesterday was surfing the message boards when I came across a sprinting thread that talked about 5x60m making you sore. I laughed and went out for my 7 miler. During the run I came across a track and decided wth, let's do that workout. It was so easy, I was landing 8-9 seconds etc... I finished my run, got back home, and kept thinking about how idiotic anybody must be to do that stuff. To my surprise I was as sore as the devils 8==D today. I'm a sub 3:30 marathoner and couldn't run 2 miles without walking back home. Anybody who does these types of workouts is crazy.
