I'm just asking in general but mainly for runners that have been running for a year and going from like 15-25/30 ik that's not really considered "high mileage" but I just wanna know
Yes, it's normal. At one point, you're running 3-5 miles a day and 6-8 is a long run, where you spend the rest of the day and maybe the next day feeling depleted. Fast forward several months or a year, and you're running 6-8 miles a day, and your long run is 10-15 miles. Running 6-8 miles is now an easy day. But getting to that point? Yeah, sometimes it feels like you're doing a longish run every other day, and you've got the aches and soreness you mention all the time.
How long does it take? It's hard to say. Last fall I only had 6 weeks to raise my mileage up to 60mpw, plus a week to taper, before my first HM. It took 4-5 weeks before I really felt confident about my fitness. That seems like less time than I would have expected, considering I'm in my mid 40s. It might take you more time, or less.
