If you're a girl, it's so-so. Breaking 5 is possible as long as your aren't too much overweight. If you lose 10-12 pounds I'd say you could give it a go
That's pretty good, since it's your first season running you can probably still improve a ton so I'd say you have a good shot at breaking 5.
What did your progression over the season look like?
I don't think you're supposed to tell girls to lose weight as a coach. That's just what I've heard though.
