Kinda disagree, 185 is the 21 min 5k, 225 is the 20 min 5k, 315 is the 17:29 5k, and 405 is the 15min 5k.

Body weight percentage is the way to determine norms and achievement for lifting.
A 250 lb man who can bench 225 lbs is not impressive. A 150 man who can bench 225 is good not great.
We can probably agree most wide receivers are slim. Most of them are tall and around 180lb or less, at the NFL combine some fail the 225 rep test for any reps, so a 150lb dude pressing 225 for the average none trained lifter is pretty damn good.
