Right now, I'm following ET's 5 x 200m Dash Workout. ET's advice is to stick with the workout for 10 weeks. The question I have is after six weeks, the Daniels plan wants me to do a 10-12 mile long run once a week. How would I fit in that ET workout for 4 more weeks until the protocol is finished? Also, ET's advice is to finish each workout with 1-2 200s to maintain speed. I know some folks prefer to just finish their easy runs with a sprint too/instead. What advice do y'all have?
