Recent workouts:
12 miles at 6:45 pace (comfortable, uptempo effort)
6 miles @ 6:15 pace (fairly comfortable)
3 miles @ 5:46 pace (hard, all-out effort)
Is 1:22 possible?
I'm also going for sub-3 at Boston. I'm thinking of running at least one more 16 miler at goal marathon pace.(6:45-6:52)
