Shouldn't we be focusing on the real question...?
How many times will he adjust his jersey?
I'm guessing 11.
Bahahaha this is very true.

age cheat!
Didn't see Hunter on heat sheet for mile at Boston Last Chance? Maybe I missed it, Ches is listed and many other burners of the mile.

Flotrack is required by contract to fellate Cheserek at least 3 times per season. Another stipulation is to constantly refer to him as "King", even in spite of getting beat.
Is FT also required to never mention Cheserek being quite a bit older than what is claimed? The fact that Ches is closer to 30 than 20 seems to be something they heartily avoid. Just like LR.

Hunter will likely beat queen Ches.
Hunter: 3:55
Ches: 3:56
Hunter has a good shot at it. Imagine being 19 and taking down a 27 year star like Ches.
Drew should hang behind Ches and constantly adjust his singlet for him.

According to Wikipedia, Ches just turned 23. So he is "older" but not THAT much older.
ITS ALL HYPE. WHY HASNT HE GONE PRO YET.
Cover up for him doping
I HEARD HES FRIENDS WITH SALAZY
well he lived up to the hype, 3:52.01 to get the record. Rough splits of 55/154/254. Held off a late charge by merber for the win as well.
Ches 352:01 for win. No hunter in the building.

Trumpites go home devastated! Go Ches.
Hunter must be beating himself up for missing this race.
Was he supposed to be in it, or was I just reading everything wrong.
FWIW, that is also faster than the ncaa outdoor record according to TF&N. That mark is 3:52.44 by Sydney maree in 1981.

I voted Trump and love Ches. Happy to see him get the record, was on edge of my seat.
Xenophobes and ageists go home devastated!
Geez Ches at 3:52:01,,,,,and Merber 3:52:22. Indoor....animals just animals.
Maybe Hunter had a great reason for being absent from this race. The reason? Perhaps injury, or illness, or wisely holding back from doing too much too soon, or something that makes PERFECT sense for this 19 year old horse.
Most studs wish they could be in every big race. Ain't always wise, or possible, is it? Hunter has already shown that he isn't afraid of racing the best, because he knows that improvement comes when he races the best, even knowing he's not quite in the elite-of-the-elite class just yet. So his reason for opting out of the BU race, and missing the thrill and honor of going up against his almost-teammate, no doubt is sound. He ain't no woosie. Smart lad, that Drew Hunter.
