Hmm... I ran a recent winter 5k road race and my time was 19:54.. however, I stopped 3 times, bad taper or something, bad oxygen debt and heavy arms.
Did workouts like 8 x 600m in 2:05 and some 3 x 10 min tempos. But my goal for now is to qualify, help?
