I'm mainly looking to PR and get a good fitness indicator that 2:30 at Boston is a reasonable goal. Is sub 1:11 reasonable? Sub 1:10 a stretch? I tend to run HMs with very even splits, so just looking to get input on what my goal pace should be (stick with 5:25's or shoot for 5:19's). Thanks very much.
