(3200 m runner) So ive worked my tail off all winter and have been running around 50 miles a week for a while now, (junior in hs) and my coach said that our strategy was to cut down my mileage nearly in half and build back up now... im very uneasy about doing this and am afraid i will be taking it too easy, can i just get some of your opinions and dont just say trust your coach please and thanks.
