Ok.
Wonder what happened. It's quite clear this had nothing at all to do with the non-existent Trump policy, despite the article's poor attempt at trying to convince the weak minded (including OP).
He was asked to get off a plane in Iceland. there is clearly more to this story that they are conveniently omitting (or intentionally not investigating).
I wish there was such a thing as neutral reporting.
Wow the US is becoming as exclusionary as many of the Moslem countries that don't allow israelis.

This. There's something more to it.

At least spell Muslim correctly - your xenophobia is showing through again.
He's on the no-fly list, idiots. Nothing to do with Trump.
Still no explanation has been given....
He looks a lot like Mohammed Emwazi, aka "Jihadi John". Do you think that's why he was yanked off the flight?
When i was in grade 9 we went to giantsridge minnesota for a ski trip (from canada) and one of our foreign teachers got denied and couldnt come with us. Where was his news story?

Moslem is a valid spelling of a person of Islamic faith. Imbecile

Maybe he didn't know that because he didn't have access to a good education. Your white privilege is showing through again.
Sorry that I didn't use the preferred Muslim over the now outdated Moslem. Is it Christmas or Chrismas, aluminum or aluminium who cares?
His brother has joined ISIS.
Oh, booh-hoo. It's a "teacher" on a "school trip"... so what? Still could be a terrorist. Should get vetted just like anyone else.

I'd call him an indoctrinator on a reconnaissance mission,.

The entire group went to Iceland first. They were flying from Iceland to the US. He got taken off and not allowed into the US because of his name and religion.
A young man named Jumel Miah was involved with the ISIS-motivated murder of Jalal Uddin. The guy who was kicked off the aircraft has the same name as this other guy who would definitely be on the no-fly list. The info was probably provided by the UK - the US having no way to quickly disambiguate they decided to kick him off the plane rather than take a chance. Security folks aren't allowed to discuss why any particular person is on the no-fly list. I doubt that they called Trump to ask him what they should do.
